This is so true! Regardless of when you have your day off in the week (I realise day off may be full of household tasks rather than pure relaxation), make it a relaxed one to counteract the chaos of the rest of the week. You will feel refreshed for it, even if you only have a few hours to yourself (or less). Treasure the down time!
